We had a fantastic experience with this boat rental in Guadeloupe yesterday! The whole process was smooth and professional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the boat was in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our time on the water and would definitely rent here again. Highly recommended! The only downside was that we didn't have any equipment like the description for wakeboarding or water skiing or fishing.

Very warm welcome by the staff, however the boat does not really match the reservation photos. Oil leak at the steering wheel therefore very hard steering wheel. Damaged buoy and rope as well. Wakeboard shoe disintegrated complement. Seats in poor condition. These are options that we paid for even though the owner has to change his equipment. We had a problem during our boat trip because there were a lot of waves due to the heavy swell (we were not warned in any way) with our children going buoying. The plexiglass broke when it caught a wave. Things that can happen but the owners don't at all agree with us, we couldn't get an explanation. I find it a shame because we rented the boat for two weeks twice, no gesture of understanding on his part. I think that that's too bad. Now we are waiting for the Plexiglas invoice.?

Small battery failure at the station but we were towed very quickly by Amélie who is very professional! Smell of gasoline in the cabin certainly due to the funnel which is used to refuel and which deserves to be rinsed on each return. To be done again soon!

Perfect welcome, clear and precise explanations. Very courteous staff. The boat is a little "tired", the very noisy engine has a hard time revving. The sounder clearly needs to be changed. Overall satisfactory.

The boat is not at all in the state that we see in the photos: The seats are damaged The electric windlass is HS => practical for anchoring The ink is not heavy enough, wetting is not possible, we have to rely on the buoys so goodbye to the Caret islet => really a shame. The onboard radio never worked, barely leaving the marina when it burned down => goodbye music outing. The only positive point is the GPS with recorded tracks In short for a first outing in Guadeloupe I do not recommend at all. Really disappointed ?

After reading some reviews, I hesitated a lot before taking a rental. Today I can attest to the quality and seriousness of Mika and Amélie. Clean boat, equipment present, pleasant welcome. My first outing went well. Respect for the equipment and observation of the instructions provided by Amélie. We had a great day on caret. We were 9. Thank you to these owners for allowing me to organize this outing with a permit obtained 15 days ago. For the value for money I cannot answer with bias because this is my first rental. This being this day rental + insurance + fuel 50€ per person. We can't wait to renew the operation! Thank you and continue in the seriousness and quality of your service. Captain Fred! ?

Unfortunately we were unable to experience the joy of a day aboard Mika's boat. The weather was really bad and the owner did not want to accept it. Customer service was truly deplorable despite an attempt to find a compromise solution.

The equipment was perfectly in line with our expectations and very well maintained. Amelie and Mika are charming and perfectly available which is not always the case in this type of services. We knew that a 6.60 m does not have the same comfort as a 7.50 m for the boss of the waves but in its category this Flyer 6.6 equipped with a 175 hp is very powerful and does not consume too much ! A next time may be if we come back to Pointe à Pitre!
