I had problems because Click&Boat hadn't sent my 2nd charter rate to the base in Preveza on time and I had to pay another €1750. Actually easy to sort out, but there was no way to connect by telephone from either Click&Boat or Scansail and there was no response to email either. It was only after 5 days that I was able to clarify the basics. Absolutely no recommendation.
