staff was extremely helpful and worked with us to match our arrival and departure times. Boat was in good shape, with a few minor things that were a bit off, presumably because we rented very early on in the season (We assumed we were the first ones to rent the boat for some time) and when we had questions or comments, staff was super responsive and helpful and answered any questions we had and provided any help we needed. So everything was sorted quickly and easily and that is what counts for us. Really Fantastic! Will definitely rent from BeCharter again.

The ship was a huge disappointment. The overall condition was very poor and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
Very good contact with the landlord. Very nice staff at the base. In contrast to other charter bases, excellent briefing on the boat - thanks to Pablo! Unfortunately, there are deductions in some points! Even though the boat wasn't in rentals the week before our trip, we still had to dispose of empty bottles from the locker. We had to repair the mainsail because it jumped out of the guide rail in the lower third. The crew before us probably had little experience with a furling mainsail. Not a big issue for us, but with a week we could check the sail. In addition, a sewage tank was full and clogged so that we smelled it the first time we used it on the beach of es trenc. Not nice. Unfortunately, it affected our week as we only had one toilet available. Opening the sea cocks brought no solution. Dinghy partly flat (known at departure) but functional. The bimini top and the sprayhood were in poor condition. A long rope as a stern line was also missing. Unfortunately, the negative points clouded the good overall picture, so only 3-4 stars out of 5
Very happy with the boat, very new (from 2019), everything clean and perfect, comfortable and pleasant. Very good reception, punctual, complete, very friendly. In short, very happy with everything.
