Bad organization, the agency hired a skipper who arrived at 7 pm while the boat had to be delivered at 5 pm, they did not let us embark before 8 pm making us wait exhausted on the pier with strong wind, there skipper and then will leave at 5 pm on Friday with arrival in port at 2 pm instead of 6 pm as per contract. All this without informing us, last night alone on the boat without even docking directly at the pier, to go ashore we had to pass by other nearby boats and get off on an unsteady axis that always fell into the water. Very scruffy boat with several problems: a mattress was missing at the bow and the two survivors, however, did not have the possibility of being fixed so you had to transport them back / forth every time you wanted to sunbathe and they took up a lot of space in the dinette, two cushions missing on the deck, the other worn out dirty and broken. Fridge with constant water loss, water leaks from the toilets with consequent unpleasant smell, outlets not working, batteries that did not hold the charge forcing us to often have engines running, broken deck sliding door that was not fixed and injured my little daughter, mainsail blocked , we were able to sail after the skipper unlocked the wagons but it re-locked and at the time of lowering it we found ourselves in great difficulty with my husband who stretched his back in an attempt to unlock it, various non-lockable wardrobe doors, cleanliness on arrival unspeakable: dirty bathrooms, lockers full of dirty water, hair and dirt, we found a pair of other guests' shoes and three dirty sheets forgotten in a cabin, beds were not pulled, sheets provided plus a pair stained, they were threadbare and worn and above all all single sets even for the double beds, two packs lacked the pillowcases. Tender found deflated and very dirty. As a result of complaints made to the agency, we have at least been credited with the cleaning costs but I consider the rental made absolutely unacceptable for both comfort and safety. Worst experience ever.
