There is a serious gap in the communication through your site from the ship owner. Communication got a little better when we eventually found by ourselves and without instructions the boat in the harbour which happened to have a mobile phone to written on one side. It took us nearly one and a half hour from the time we arrived on port to get the introductory driving tutorial by Fanis who was the only available and helpful. The same problem of communication when we ended our trip but in less extent although we reported our arrival time and managed to be on schedule.
