Daniele has organized the perfect sailing holiday for our family, and showed great flexibility. Hostess Maria and captain Roccardo were great!
Due to miscommunication the boat did not come with a professional skipper. NO PROBLEM, Daniele immediately dropped his plans for the weekend and joined us as skipper-owner. So we had one of the best sailing weekends ever. A big THANK YOU and all the best for your business. Jan, Narinraporn and Baudoin.
Daniele was very friendly, and the boat was in very good condition. A great guide and company for sailing around Thailand. We hope to return soon.
Everything was fine with the boat and the sailing was pleasant. Ricardo and Maria were very pleasant and tried very hard. I had asked for an experienced skipper and they did not have one. Not their responsibility. If you are around 30 and have only been in Thailand for 6 months, you cannot have experience. From day 1 we had overheating of the engine and little wind. In 2 days we sailed 20 miles to then return to Phuket on day 3. What we saw was beautiful but unfortunately we did not see much. In Phuket Daniele wanted to help us by taking us to his beach bar. He calls it a divine place. For us, however, it was a place where we did not want to be. Tastes differ. When we told him this, he flew into an Italian rage and promptly told us that he did not want to help us any further. On day 3 (of the 6, 5 nights) we were dropped in Phuket without a solution. Phuket is the place where we absolutely did NOT want to go. We like peace and quiet. Directly called Mario from Click&Boat with the request to call us back. After 3 days still no response. The same day sent an email to 5 people involved, no response. Filed a claim on the platform, except for a number no response until 6/1 evening. Of the 5 sailing days seen and experienced very little, and left to our fate. In short, it is impossible to work with Daniele if opinions differ, that we did not like his 'divine place'. Then he is offended. He literally called the entire beach bar together. To then leave us to our fate. Anything but professional and very rude
