We make excursions along the coast from Polignano a Mare to Monopoli, we will visit all the caves of the area, among which Grotta Palazzese, Grotta delle rondinelle, Grotta Ardito, Grotta degli innamorati, Cala Paura, the beach of Ponte dei Lapilli, Lama Monachile, Cala Port'Alga, passing through the Eremita rock. There will be a stop for a swim during the excursion.
