Description of Pietro's sailboat
Sailboat Bavaria - Yachtbau C45 Style Luxury 3 Cabin 15m
A beautiful boat, balanced in all its spaces and dimensions. Conceived by the skilful hand of the architect studio Cossutti designer, who has signed the most beautiful projects of recent years. The choice was considered and calculated according to our needs: a holiday with family and friends, therefore comfort and elegance and offshore sailing. What to say about the tips: the 5 Terre are the masters in this beautiful scenery, but also the 3 islands of the Gulf of Poets are no less fascinating and natural beauty. So we recommend both visits which can be done comfortably in a weekend. The boat is located in the small village of Le Grazie, a famous port since Roman times where they had established a settlement. It is possible to visit the ruins of the settlement 300 meters away by appointment. IDA is the name of our great-grandmother, a lover of the sea like us .....

Pietro was such a wonderful host and made our whole day perfect! The boat was impeccable and took us to see the most beautiful views, a great swim spot with paddle boards, and a phenomenal restaurant for lunch. Best part of our vacation thus far! He accommodated a group of 11 for a bachelorette party and it was the best way to spend the day
Pietro is great. We had a lovely day.
We had an amazing experience with Pietro on his yacht. He was incredibly patient and kind with my nieces and nephews. We were a group of 9 adults and 6 children with the youngest being 2 years old. I would highly recommend booking with Pietro if you have the opportunity!
Boat review On Friday we took the sailboat IDA for a day on the water with Pietro and his father Carlo. Both were very delightful and we had wonderful weather for a day to see the Cinque Terre. Spectacular sailboat and in great condition. Impeccably clean top to bottom. Pietro even vacuumed some sand while we were underway. Conversations with Carlo and Pietro were easy and enjoyable as our Italian is limited. We got to swim in a private cove just before Riomaggiore and the water was so clean and refreshing. We brought food and drink at the local Carefour super market which was very close. We loaded up on wine/beer/water. We got other snacks, cookies and trail mix. Service level was good but not great. Should have had a rules of the road discussion with everyone present before we got underway. This would have clarified not going downstairs if you are wet from swimming. Very happy we did load up on food and drink as there was no food/snacks provided. We had to ask for the Presseco and other drinks that were to be provided per the Click & Boat advertisement. Would have liked to have had some music playing. I understand the limitations of not having a speaker installed near the bow of the vessel but they should have played something as it would have increased the mood of the afternoon and made it more charming for us all. Be sure to clarify if you prefer to sail part of the way or want to motor along the Cinque Terre. IDA was not prepared to sail that day and guests need to communicate this preference in advance.
It was such a good experience renting Pietro’s boat! He and his dad are experienced sailors and you feel safe in theirs hands. Furthermore, they are caring and attentive to everyone’s needs.
Amazing job by Pietro and his dad Carlo taking us down from Porto Venere to see the five towns. Very professional and knowledgeable and the boat is great. Even some not-so great weather did not affect the day as we were able to stay in some protected waters and grab a great lunch then back to the boat for some more island tours. Could now have asked for more, thanks for the great day guys!
