Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot Ivan and Team for an amazing day :-)
Ivan did not take the time to schedule a pickup point prior to the trip. I asked him specifically to name the place of pick up, but Ivan only wanted to know the time. Strange, since the booking says 9 am. Anyhow, at rental day Ivan realised it was time to schedule a pick up place. We then found out that Click and Bait had directed me to Ivan eventhough he was not where i’m vacationing. Instead of helping out in a stressful situation Ivan was only interested to celebrate that he had made money w/o working. Let’s all pray for Ivan.
In short, the day was perfect!! Ivan, our skipper, was very accommodating and planed the day perfectly according to our preferences and gave good recommendations where to stop and where to dine. All communications, regarding the booking of the boat and answering our questions beforehand, was fast and to the point. The boat was in good condition and Ivan was professional every step of the journey. Thank you Ivan for a wonderful day that we will never forget :-)
