Everything is fabulous!

We had a great time on board Cintia and Ruben's boat. The welcome was great and communication was easy. We recommend!

The swimming ladder is broken. One of the speakers was broken. Not having a depth sounder made navigation difficult.

Everything was great, especially the communication before and after the rental. The boat is well maintained and sails very well with contained fuel consumption. I missed having a probe and a shower on deck, but for a day of coastal navigation it is not essential. I will definitely repeat with 8 mares the next time I want to rent a boat in Alicante,

great captain, very patient ? he adapted to our needs, he was nice, friendly, the boat was ok, because it was white in the photos, it seemed more "exclusive", on site it turned out to be a bit different, but it was not a problem . Cintia also took care of our comfort, she was responsive and communication was clear :) great experience and I recommend it!

This is the third time we have rented Rubén's boats and the experience is always a 10. Cintia recommended a route that was more suitable for the weather of the day, which made us enjoy it much more, always giving us flexibility and adjusting to us. They communicate phenomenally and very quickly and the boats are always impeccable. A pleasure! We will repeat as soon as we can!

The boat was good, the donut rope was almost broken from wear and tear and some pieces like those in the cabin were poorly fitted but the rest was fine, the girl who welcomed us was a very kind and friendly employee. Halfway through the voyage we had an accident in which 1 component of the boat was lost. When we returned we notified the staff and they decided to keep the €500 deposit (which was understandable to replace the component) until then everything was fine. Supposedly they kept the deposit to replace it and a week later they were going to tell us what the price was with their respective invoice and they would return the remaining money to us (for a component with a cost of approximately €50). They never refunded us even €1, we contacted the company on several occasions demanding the legal invoice and they kept us off. To this day we have never received the invoice or the money. They scammed us and kept the deposit. We have both conversations with them delaying us and images of the delivery of the bail (since it was in cash).

The experience has been very good, the boat was in good condition and the attention from the person in charge could not have been better. We will repeat again ??

Day 10 with the Nuva M6 !! The experience in this modern boat from Nuva Yachts is crazy !! Its finishes, its design and its navigability make it unique and incomparable with the rest of boats of these measures! The professional and close treatment of Ruben and Cintia is one of the strong points to highlight, always looking out for you and any questions you may have !! I recommend it 100% and I will repeat it on my next trips to Alicante.
