Rent a boat in Rab with or without a licence

The island of Rab is in the Bay of Kvarner, on the north of the Adriatic Sea, close to many islands, which is a very favorable geographic area to rent a sailboat or a motorboat. Rab has very pleasant climatic conditions. Proud of its touristic tradition since 1889, Rab is located between the island of Krk in the north, the island of Cres to the west, and the island of Pag in the south.

With a length of 1.5 km, San Marino is one of the longest beach of the Adriatic. A quarter of the island today is still covered by forests, unaltered by touristic constructions. All of these cities are facing south-west, and are protected from the northern wind which gives it an optimal sun exposure and an ideal climate for nautical tourism. Rab is also known for its grapes, lavender, and olive trees. 

The destination is particularly popular in the summer. The hordes of tourists will definitely motivate you to rent a motorboat or a sailboat to go on an adventure far from the crows, and discover small creeks with your family or your friends. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a nice walk on Mount Kamenjak, for the beautiful view of the sea and Velebit, the largest mountain range in Croatia.

You can easily dock in small paradisiac spots; navigate in the surrounding islands to go snorkeling, fishing, or water-skiing under the Mediterranean sun and in the Croatian clear waters.
