Island Ošljak is less populated island in whole Croatia, and there you can find very nice spots for snorkeling and swimming...

Andro was super responsive and professional in the process of renting and payment. Ultimately we got a 50ft Beneteau, which was a better deal as we were all together instead of sailing on different boats. Skipper Leo was awesome and very professional Can only recommend Andro and his crew.

Nice trip to the other islands. Enough time to swim in the clear water. The boat a QuickSilver provided enough space for us five. And the captain Filipe was a professional skipper. We can recommand this boat if you want a pleasant time on the water 👍

Great boat with plenty of power, rented for three days and sailed to Telascica and Kornati. Very warm welcome, handover at the end of rental fast and easy. Unfortunately depth gauge was not working, by reporting very fast response from Dino, but repair was not possible in due time. Expected berth in the center of Zadar (Marina Zadar), actually berth was close to Gazenica. However I didn't mind since access an parking possibilities are even better. Many Thanks to Dino.

How much does it cost?

Boat rentals in Zadar can vary in price depending on the type of boat, the duration of the rental, and the time of year. On average, a boat rental in Zadar can cost anywhere from $200 to $400 per day for a standard boat. The prices may also vary depending on the size of the boat, with larger boats costing more to rent. Additionally, prices may be higher during peak seasons like July and August.

If you're looking to rent a luxury yacht in Zadar, the prices can range from $2,300 or more per day, depending on the size, amenities, and brand of the yacht. While luxury yacht charters can be expensive, they offer a premium boating experience that is truly unparalleled. A luxury yacht may include a crew, personal chefs, bartenders, and more.

It's important to note that there may be additional fees associated with boat rentals in Zadar, such as fuel fees, cleaning fees, and insurance fees. When is the best time to go?

The peak season for tourism in Zadar is during the summer months of July and August, when the weather is warm and sunny, and the beaches and islands are bustling with activity. However, this is also the busiest time of the year, with crowds and higher prices, so if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed vacation, it may be best to avoid these months.

If you're looking for a more peaceful experience, the best time to visit Zadar would be in the shoulder seasons of May and June, and September and October. During these months, the weather is still warm and pleasant, but the crowds are thinner, and the prices are lower. This is a great time to rent a boat in Zadar and explore the coastline without the crowds. Plus, the sea temperature is still warm, making it perfect for swimming and water activities.

The winter months of November to April are the off-season for tourism in Zadar, but it's still a great time to visit if you're interested in the local culture and history. The city is quieter during this time, but it's a great opportunity to explore the museums, galleries, and historic sites without crowds. Plus, the winter months are also a great time for boating enthusiasts to experience the region's mild winter weather and explore the beauty of the coast.

Another must-see attraction is the ancient city walls of Zadar, which date back to the 1st century AD. These walls were built to protect the city from invaders and have stood the test of time. You can walk along the walls and see the ancient gates and towers that once protected the city.

One of the most impressive Roman ruins in Zadar is the Zadar Archaeological Museum. The museum houses a collection of artifacts from the Roman period, including coins, pottery, and sculptures. You can also see the remains of the ancient Roman city of Iader, which was once located on the site of present-day Zadar.

Rent with or without a skipper

When it comes to renting a boat in Zadar, you have the option of renting with or without a skipper. Renting with a skipper means that you'll have a licensed and experienced captain who will handle the navigation of the boat, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the ride. This is a great option for those who are new to boating or those who want to sit back and enjoy the scenery without the stress of navigating the boat.

If you have a valid boating license and feel confident in your boating skills, you can choose to rent a boat without a skipper. This option gives you more flexibility and independence to explore the coastline and surrounding islands at your own pace. However, it's important to note that you'll be responsible for the navigation of the boat and ensuring that you follow all safety regulations.
