Description of Bennie's houseboats
Houseboat Yansma Final Model 50hp
Only experienced skippers are accepted, with a maximum of 2 persons and possibly 1 child after consultation. The boat has a width of 3 meters and a length of 10 meters, with 2 cabins: 1 small cabin at the front and 1 large cabin at the rear. Both outside and inside steering are available. Onboard, both 12V and 220V are provided, and there is a 4-burner gas stove and a gas compressor refrigerator. The front cabin offers sleeping accommodations for 2 persons. Entering and exiting the harbor is only allowed by the owner-skipper, and during the rental period, the harbor may not be accessed. There are plenty of transient berths available in nearby harbors. In the nature park, free mooring is allowed. However, it is not permitted to sail more than 50 km from the rental location. If desired, prior consultation is required.

We had a great time in the biesboch, it's a really beautiful place filled with nature everywhere. This was our first experience in boating and the boat itself was really good for 4 adults, we had enough room for all of us and enough beds to sleep comfortably. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come again!
The boat has had its best time. The dimensions are just too small. You can't stand anywhere, the gangway is just not wide enough. Maintenance is poor, fire extinguishers were out of date, refrigerator and coffee maker were dirty. For 100 euros more you can sail an 8.5m Doerak in Friesland
For cheap money you get exactly what you expect. A boat that is getting old, but has its charm. We felt very comfortable, even if everything could have been a little cleaner and tidier.
it was a very pleasant week on the boat
It was our first boating experience and we really enjoyed it. It's camping on the water, no luxury but everything you need. It is also a very beautiful area, sailing out and into the harbor is not easy, but it is the best location to gain experience. We will definitely come back!
Dear, very friendly landlord and quite pleasant boat BUT the rigging (mooring lines and anchor chains) were not ok. These are urgent to renew! We didn't find the necessary life jackets either, but we may have looked into it. For the rest: location is dock12 so a short boat ride to Bieschbosch but really easy to do. We have received many tips from the owner about where it is beautiful and it is really BEAUTIFUL! A map of water depths would have been useful. There is still quite a tide in the Bieschbosch and problems with draft can therefore occur. We had to turn around because otherwise we risked getting stuck. So with a map you can do better route planning :-) We did enjoy it 100%!
