Boats Reviews

Tracy
Oct 8, 2024
We had an amazing day celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday on board. The team were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. The boat was beautiful and they even decorated it for us with the decorations I provided. The food was fantastic also, couldn’t fault it at all. My only regret was not communicating properly at the start of the day, I paid for the boat for the day with crew, on board was an on board photographer and an under water photographer, they pressured us into having pictures taken etc, there was no mention of this being an extra cost at the time. We had the option to go diving at an extra cost which we participated in and enjoyed but prior to departure nothing was mentioned about the extra cost of the photos, I was then made to feel guilty because the photographers had worked all day and expected us to purchase the pictures. It left us feeling slightly disappointed. So for future I think the team need to be making the guest aware of the extra cost prior to taking a single photo not guilting the guest into purchasing them. Overall we did have a fantastic day and would definitely recommend ✨✨✨
