Deniz and his team are very nice, warm people. Overall we had a nice experience on board but a few issues arose. First, we were told we needed to check out a few hours earlier than we agreed, which caused us to rush the entire day and not be able to swim where we wanted to. This was disappointing because we asked the captain in the morning if we could get moving soon in order to avoid this. Even though he said yes, we did not start moving till after 10am. The bathroom in the master suite had a garbage can filled with used toilet paper upon check in, which was unpleasant to walk into and embarrassing. Also, another bathroom smelled like a gas station the entire time on board. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, we felt these issues were unacceptable, but Deniz’s team always greeted us with a warm smile and were a pleasure to be around, so we tried ignoring the disappointments.
