Anthony Quinn bay and many beaches around faliraki. We also went to kalithea springs, but found it a little disappointing.

Stayed in a villa out of the hustle and bustle. Loved every minute of the beautiful beaches.

The cyclades had huge waves, so we had to detour to the peloponnese. While still a great trip, my heart was set on the cyclades. We still went to 2 smaller islands where the waves were rough but manageable. But it was rocky. Apparently you need a rather large speed boat for that or tale the ferry to combat the waves (6 feet some days in June!). But the peloponnese was lovely, glassy water, and a better fit for us with our 3 kids and grandparents with us.

A fantastic day out for a family of 6. Olga met us at the boat, on time with a fantastic, clean boat, all in excellent condition. Easy, free parking at the harbour, plenty of storage for our drinks/lunch etc. The boat has a good sound system and a 30L fuel tank which just about got us to Stegma and back with some playing around inbetween. We spent most of the day anchored at Tsambika beach. Docking the boat was easy as Olga’s team met us at the entrance to the harbour, jumped on board and safely parked it for us. Olga helped us all safely off the boat, we paid for fuel used at a reasonable rate afterwards. Thanks to Olga for a great family day out on the water. 👍👍

We had an amazing time and I totally can recommend to rent with Dimitri. Dimitri and his crew gave us a great safety introduction and how to read the map. It was easy to drive the boat. The boat itself was exactly like on the pictures: clean, in good condition and with sun protection. We had a perfect afternoon cruising around the Santorini and in the evening the most stunning sunset from the waterside. Thank you for everything! Verena & Philip

Rent with or without a skipper in Greece

Many of our yacht charters in Greece come with the option of sailing with a skipper and/or crew. Although this may come at an extra cost, having a skipper on board can, no doubt, provide you with an even more enjoyable experience! Your skipper can adapt the sailing route so that your voyage best suits the desires of you and the rest of your party.

Additionally, setting sail with a skipper will make your voyage even more comfortable! The skipper will take care of all the technical aspects of sailing, so all you need to do is sit back and relax.

If you would like to take charge of your boat charter in Greece, then bare boat charters are the way to go. You need a valid boating license to enjoy a boat this way, so check with the boat owner beforehand to see that your license is valid.

According to Greek law, you must have a valid sailing certificate to rent a boat. The RYA International Certificate of Competence (ICC) allows you to charter a yacht in Greece without a skipper on board. If you do not hold this license, we’ve got plenty of crewed yacht charters in Greece, which makes sailing accessible to everyone!
