Boat rental in Izola · Elan — Elan 210 (2012)

The boat was very fun. It needs some maintenance but nothing critical. It doesn’t have toilet. I recomended just for the day.

Boat condition was basically ok but needed some preparation before we went out. Communication via phone was easy and boat overhanding after our return was relaxed.

Great renting experience, I would definitely recommend it! Goran and Damir were super helpful and also the sailboat is great for a day or two to sail around the Slovenian coastline.

Boat fully according to agreement and expectation. Owner seemed a bit in a hurry. Boat was a bit in chaos when we arrived but owner cleaned it and checked all in 10 minutes. Forgot to tell us the fuel reservoir would be empty after few minutes and we had to refill ourselves when the motor stopped working not far outside of the harbour. There was enough fuel in a Jerry can inside the boat to refill several times as ther was no wind in the morning. Would recommend to others

+ good professional skipper (Marco), service stuff is friendly (Goran, Marco), good boat condition, fit for 1 day charter only - bad organized process: skipper was not informed about the trip, we've been waiting 3 hours, waiting for reaction on calls too long, not responsible manager (Goran) (promise to call back and don't do it, promise to come by in a minute, and not appear in 10 min..).

Nice small sailingboat for the price. Anchoring was difficult.

Nice boat to enjoy a day sailing around the coast of Slovenia. We were only two and it was really easy to handle. Some equipment would need a better maintenance (the cleats of the bowsprit and the one of the jib furler were a bit broken, mooring lines in bad condition) but once sailing the boat is really fun even with only 6 kn of wind. We struggled a bit with the rock anchor on dandy bottom as it was not holding but maybe it's just because we're not used to it. We would suggest it if you want to sail for the day!
