Seascape 18 is a perfect sportboat for recreational sailors. She offers high sailing performance and stability for her size. Her wide flat hull and twin rudders offer complete control even when planing at double-digit speeds. Boat handling and organisation are simplified as much as possible with a snuffer system, furling jib and a carbon mast. A large open cockpit and a cabin with a double berth make it an ideal sea camping platform. A fully retractable swinging keel and removable rudder blades will give you access to the shallowest bays. We offer weekly or even daily bareboat charter for up to 4 people (min. 2 days) or you can take our experienced skipper for: - one day sailing trip ; - half day sailing trip; - sailing excursions; - sailing courses for beginners or intermediate; BOAT TAKEOVER: - in the new port in Kaštel Stari close to Split; - our skipper will assist you by hand / take over; - our skipper can deliver the boat to Split or Trogir, LICENCE: - valid licence is mandatory; - no VHF licence is required - you can engage our skipper if you dont have a licence RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: - we kindly ask you for to leave the doposit of 500 Eur to cover potential damages; - the deposit and all extras are due in marina during check-in in CASH only - the deposit is refunded in case you return the boat without damages SKIPPER / EXTRAS: - 80 Eur / half day (4 hours) - 120 Eur / day - gas (outboard penta Tohatsu 3,5 HP); - mooring fees: 20-40 eur in marinas, 15-20 Eur at the buoy TRACKING: - our boat is equiped by GPS tracking device and our skipper can support you remotely during your trips EQUIPMENT: - Sails: main sail 14,5m2 with two reefs and furling jib 9,2 m2, genaker 32 m2, - Penta: outboard engine Tohatsu 3,5 HP - Cabin: 2 beds, camping mode

very communicative owner and helpful/supportive local sailor for boat fam/set up and configuration. Roller furler jib did not function properly; would not fully deploy nor coil up completely, making foresail set/douse a challenge. Main halyard was a non-standard configuration (or rigged improperly) with one giant bight coming down from the masthead, instead of a single line with a headsail shackle. This required attachment with a bowline in a bight to main head, and challenge with hoisting/dousing because of a long dangling bight from the masthead when sail was set. Local assistant very responsive and put on a gas motor to replace electric motor on second day, with much heavier winds. Could not rig mainsail on second day due to halyard issue, and had to sail on headsail alone, making the engine vital for final docking maneuver. Needed second life jacket.

My name is Michal Augustýn and I am 47 years old, living with my family in Prague, Czech. I work in Croatia as the director of the Czech development company. My boat Seascape 18 is laying in the new port in Kaštel Stari close to Split and Trogir, Croatia. I am in sailing for last three years and use to practise with Seascape around Split and Kaštela with my friend Marin, 18Y old. Marin is a student and profi skipper living in Kaštela close to the port and can assist you during your sailing trips. We are searching for other sailing enthusiastics who would sail with us.
