Boat rental in La Grande-Motte · Jeanneau — Sun Light 30 (1987)
Description of Pierre's sailboat
Sailboat Jeanneau Sun Light 30 9m
Hello, I propose you to rent this superb sailboat Jeanneau Sunlight 30 of 1987 of 9 meters long! I make this yacht available at La Grande Motte for daily or weekly rentals. This yacht has two double cabins and can accommodate up to 8 people during the day but I recommend a maximum of 5 people so that you can be as comfortable as possible. It is very easy to sail (I often take it alone). This boat is fast for its category, we often sail between 5.5 and 7.5 knt (clean hull and sails in very good condition), very well covered, she moves forward in little wind and holds all her sail up to 17/18 knt of wind app. This yacht is perfect for outings and cruising with family or friends and you can admire the surroundings of La Grande Motte in all seasons! Her equipment : sails / mainsail in lazy bag (June 2020), furling genoa (2017), staysail, spinnaker sym... 2 self tailing winches, halyards and sheets changed as soon as worn out. Electronics & navigation / GPS (without screen), VHF (fixed + portable), speedo, wind vane, depth sounder, 2 autopilots, charts, compass, rules, compulsory 2nd category equipment, tablet with Navionics up to date, open cpn and sailgrib (GPS, AIS, carto, routing) Safety / ASN, 24 hour life raft for 4 people, pole ior, floating line, buoy and light regulations electric anchor/windlass50 with chain and anchor (+ anchor and secondary chain/rescue), dinghy and 2hp engine, seawater tap, black water tank comfort/ solar panel, 12V and 240V circuit (at quay) throughout the boat, hot water (engine or at quay), fridge, radio, cockpit table, oven and 2 gas burners on gimbals, electric toilet, shower, plenty of storage space, sun cover, sprayhood Aesthetics / hull and fairing maintained annually (boat that often sails), 1987 interior but maintained and clean. Second rent. As last time. Everything all right. Higly recommended!!
We really had a good time!! Pierre is fantastic owner, kind and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!!
3 perfect days aboard Petit Tonnerre. The boat is very well equipped and works really well under sail. Pierre is welcoming and gave us a good introduction with good advice. He is available when needed. We'll come back!
Great weekend spent on Pierre's boat, who immediately trusted us...and gave us confidence despite the fairly windy conditions. Very warm welcome, very friendly. Old boat but well maintained and very well equipped (top rigging and adapted sails). Easy to handle. Place at the port, sheltered from the wind and next to the toilets. We will come back with pleasure...
Thanks to Pierre for the friendly welcome, the quality of the explanations, the availability. Petit Tonnerre is well equipped and very pleasant to sail. We highly recommend!
Perfect ! Nothing to say ?
Pierre is a conscientious and available owner. The boat is in good condition and very well equipped. All the conditions were met to sail serenely!
A perfect weekend on board!
Pierre was very flexible and understanding because we arrived quite late. The boat is very pleasant to sail, it is still a bit in its own juice inside.
The boat is well equipped and very seaworthy. Everything went very well despite a return with an already well-formed swell. The owner was very available and was able to answer all our questions.
A good old Sunlight30 well equipped! Its owner takes good care and maintenance of it. In fact, he also sails with this boat and wants to trust the equipment... so he takes care that everything is ok. We had a lot of fun with the sock spinnaker. There's a choice of sail in good condition (2 reefs on mainsail, furling genoa, staysail on releasable forestay). We had up to 20 knots of pleasure and 1 meter of swell. There are the necessary instrumentals for good navigation in safety. Sufficient mooring lines to change port and parry any berth configuration in port. I don't know about you, but I'm going to rent it again one of these days!
Super navigation of 4 days with "Petit Tonnerre", Pierre's boat. The boat is super equipped, well maintained, all its owners have improved the boat little by little, and almost everything works. It is nevertheless a shallow draft model, which prevents it from being as fast as it could be. Thank you and maybe see you next!
Pierre is very accommodating and invested in his role as rental company. Quick answers, small problems solved efficiently, nothing to complain about. The boat is as advertised, no longer young but well maintained, well equipped and still performing well.
Great sailboat to navigate! Pierre is very accommodating & available. I recommend.
Pierre listens and takes the time to give advice. Regarding the boat, it's great!
A high-performance boat, a benevolent owner, excellent weather... in short, all the ingredients to make you want to come back. Thanks Peter.
Pierre is an excellent renter.
Very pleasant and very manoeuvrable boat. Pierre very nice and very accommodating. In the top !
Excellent day spent on Pierre's super-equipped sun light 30. The boat is as advertised and Pierre is a nice owner, we will be back!
Great welcome good advice I will not hesitate to book this boat again Thank you Pierre
Great family weekend. I highly recommend!
Pierre is very nice, responsive, accommodating and good advice The boat is comfortable and runs well overall Only downside: a smell of diesel the first day (following a breakdown repaired before our arrival), but no problem the following days
Super little sailboat! Pierre is very accommodating, attentive, available day and night, very reliable and passionate! It would just miss a bimini to eat in the shade in the cockpit for it to be perfect! Thank you to Pierre for these moments of exchange and his confidence.
