Would avoid renting from here if possible. I brought my aunt & uncle out for the day and we had a relaxing couple of hours on the water. When I returned the boat I asked if the deposit is returned automatically, they said it will be. I then said was everything ok with the boat, they said yes. I didn’t receive my deposit back within 3 days so I called. They claimed I had broken a donut toy (which was only used by my partner as my aunt & uncle in their 60s didn’t fancy it). Then miraculously one of the propellers was magically damaged by a “reef”. They sent photos of a propeller that was damaged, to the point where if it actually happened we would have known about it. Long story short they gave half the deposit back. Its a scam as old as time, rare to see around these days, nonetheless its there. Pay extra & rent elsewhere!
