AC for 8 hours a day is a joke in the summer At least let us pay for more. Two of the cabins were not usable because of Petrol smell when the AC was on. At least get fans. Crew attempted to be helpful but language was a big issue. There is only one crew berth so crew sleeps on deck. You end up having your rose wine at night with sailors snoring next to you and your morning coffee with a guy still sleeping next to you. Definitely not a luxury option, recommended only a cheap option and that’s a stretch. Hygiene was a big issue, we killed three cockroaches on board. We cut the trip short and will never come back.
Below are our answers based on the comment our guest wrote for us: Our guest has rented the boat knowing that he has the right to use the air conditioner for 8 hours a day. Despite this, he used the air conditioner for 12-14 hours a day without any extra payment. Since our boat was built last year, all structures are new. There is not the slightest smell of fuel on our boat. Since our guests are extremely sensitive to the smell of food, our chef has tried to prepare the meals in a way that will not disturb them. Due to the great forest fire in our region, flying flies and insects have occurred in all of our bays.Since our guests were disturbed by this in the evening, we anchored in another bay with a long cruise lasting 2 hours.. With the superior effort of my 4 staff, they tried to make our guests comfortable in every way. Finally, the guests asked for help from the captain for the supply of illegal foreign smokes in our country. However, when the captain informed the guests that it was not legal and that he could not provide it, they finished their tour 1 day early.
