Unfortunately I find myself issuing a negative review. Let's start from the fact that in the description of the boat it was indicated that the boat had a bow thruster, and I remember well that this prompted me to choose this rental between two boats that had more or less the same cost. Imagine the disappointment when I discovered on the spot that the bow thruster did not exist. When I pointed this out at check-in, they limited themselves to saying that the boat was not equipped with one. Subsequently complaining to Sanja, manager of the charter company, that the description had been misleading, she, instead of simply apologizing for the error in the description, said that it was not up to them but to Click&Boat. Other little things made the boat not really in very good condition: log and engine hour counter not working (how they do themselves for maintenance escapes me), a lifeline with a frayed steel wire and without even a cover with gray tape, the top of the tesa base worn and close to breaking, one of the toilets had a pump that maybe a good overhaul wouldn't hurt, etc. At check-in she had no fires and safety signals on board, and she had no life raft. The first ones then supplied them, but for the raft, Sanja said that it is not mandatory in Croatia. I don't know if this is true, but it has never happened to me to get on boats that didn't have them. Two days after departure we realized that the batteries were not being recharged by the alternator and we had to return to the port of departure, losing a day of navigation. It must be said that they fixed it the next morning, changing the power distributor, but the feeling is that the problem was already present at the start (as a previous comment from June that I see only now confirms for me). In short, in the end everything went well, but honestly I don't feel like recommending others to do the same rental.
The reception was very good, but the boat lacked maintenance (Dinghy lights,...) It is a good boat, very comfortable but somewhat old and the batteries run out after two days, with which the anchor windlass and the refrigerator they stop working unless you go to a marina to charge. The Betina marina team is very helpful. Thank you
