Communication after booking and before the trip was very difficult. I could not get the phone number for the skipper and the chef in advance. The trip was amazing, great destination/location, only minor issues with the boat (ice maker not working, missing deck pillows, cabinet door not closing). I needed to highlight that we paid for a chef and not for a hostess otherwise we would not have gotten what we booked. Skipper and Chef was excellent.
