Great experience would recommend

First and foremost: The whole team was very kind and friendly, they assisted wherever possible. The boat did its job, overall the experience was good including free parking in vicinity to the floating dock. A few downsides though: - 40 minutes before the hiring I was informed via email that my boat was broken and I'd be given another one (without specifying). I arrived, we finished the contract and only when the boat was handed over to me I realised that the replacement had with 40 HP instead of 135. I went back to the office and Alessandra told me she'd organise a respective refund. Shit can happen but I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication. Eventually, I only payed for the smaller boat. - The boat itself was relatiable but a bit worn out. The rpm counter worked sporadically, the electric switches were not in good shape. No ropes on board except for the rode. No depth gauge, no radio or any other instruments installed apart from a fuel metre. Overall good choice for a fun ride without expectations towards technical features.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Alessandra and her team. We hired the 135hp RIB (having a boat licence and experience on the water) and it was perfect for a day around the Sorrento Peninsula and Capri. The boat was quick, allowing us to jump between areas and across more open sea very easily, but was also very economical. You're guided to the Marina exit by the team in the morning and guided to the fuel pump on return so as to only pay for exactly what was used. The boat, in fairness, is showing some signs of having been built in 2006, but everything is mechanically sound, the engine spot on and ultimately made for a fantastic day.

The boat is in very good condition. All the staff is friendly and helpfull. They even fill the tank of gasoline so that you paid exactly what you consumed. Totally recomend it!

Communication with Alessandra was smooth and very reliable. The team at the reception and port was very friendly and helpful. The boat was very clean and in good condition. The only thing to note is that the engine is not 150hp but only 135hp. Apart from that, everything was flawless, and you also get a map of the region and helpful information. I can definitely recommend the charter and would charter a boat again.
