The delivered boat was not properly maintained, leading to an uncomfortable, and at times dangerous, living situation. During our week-long trip, one of the solar panels was loose from its standing, as a result of strong winds, which was a serious life hazard. In addition, we had a faulty battery, their navigation equipment were out of date and at times not working at all, and 1 of the two bathrooms was broken. They never made efforts to remedy the situation, displaying an unprofessional attitude.
