Houseboat Multivlet 1100 62hp
This boat, with its classic frame and built to the best standards, provides a great deal of space and comfort. An ideal boat for 4 people, which can go anywhere thanks to its low clearance height and shallow draft. In the front part of the boat is a shower with washstand and an electric toilet. There are 2 spacious single beds in the bow. The large saloon has been tastefully designed with an L-shaped seating area. The sofa in the saloon can be easily converted into a double bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner gas cooker, a fridge and a coffee-maker. The rear cabin contains a large double bed and a second electric toilet with washstand. The sun deck comes with a railing windbreak, a second steering control, solar panel, bimini and a swimming ladder. Sailing instruction is mandatory for those without experience: Skipper training Pets are not allowed!

Everything was perfect - clean, confortable boat in 100% conditions.

The landlord should improve strongly with regard to. customer-oriented communication. Incident 1. During a rain shower, the wiper blade came loose from the wiper arm. After reporting this it was said that it wasn't going to rain anymore and that it was so good.....?! He was aware that the UV radiation made the attachment worse and that it broke down as a result. I secured it myself with borrowed gaffa tape and that was a good thing because we had another whole day of rain. The wiper blades were completely worn out. Incident 2. After 3 days the gas bottle turned out to be empty and there was no spare bottle on board. After I had reported this, the first reaction of the landlord (owner) was: 'My colleague didn't do that right then'. First of all, cowardly to say that as a landlord / responsible person because it is mainly his responsibility that everything is in order. At such a moment you have to put yourself in the position of the customer. The bottle has been changed, but we were going to make a long trip that day, which did not work out. Event 3. The boat has two steering positions and when switching from one to the other the throttle position (outside steering position) is so precise that it is almost impossible to get it right the first time. This can lead to dangerous situations in narrow water and for bridges or damage to the boat. A simple marking on the throttle handle would solve this. Reported this when returning it, but I didn't get the impression that anything would be done with it.
