Dimos(Nikoleta's other skipper) was really helpful, skilled skipper and good communicator. He told us many stories about the island and showed the best places for swimming and sightseeing.
The most amazing experience and the best skipper! We’ve also had paddle and snorkel free of charge and free beverages. Value for money completely worth it.

Worst experience ever had on a cruise!!! Stay away from Nikoleta and North Aegean Sailing if you are searching for a weekly cruise. These are the reasons: 1) the boat status was very different from the beautiful photos posted on the web site and click and boat. 2) the boat at the check in inside was messy and dirty and not ready to welcome any guest on board. The couch is incredibly dirty... 3) the front cabin, despite the communication with Nikoleta, was not available for the guests. 4)Tthe boat is used for daily cruises and the related set up reflects such approach. 5) Nikoleta communicated a change of skipper (just verbally). She did not communicate to us that the skipper was the first time managing a week cruise, that he had no real knowledge of the island we wanted to see (except for Zante) and, more important, often nervous and untreatable, moody and annoyed by our needs and questions, always at the phone talking loudly, unable to manage customer's needs and to properly communicate. All these things ruined the mood on board and the whole vacation. We asked in written form to Nikoleta a partial reimbursement, since the luxury services depicted in the advertisement were not delivered both for the status of the boat and the fully unprofessional behaviour of the skipper (Dimos). Nikoleta didn't even reply to the message which reflects a highly unprofessional behaviour. Stay away from Nikoleta.
We had a beautiful trip. The shipper stopped at beautiful places where we could swim. It was only a pitty, that, due to lack of wind, we could not sail. So the sailing tour was a motor boat trip. What was less impressing was the surprise that we had to pay the rest of the amount cash to the shipper. Because I had no cash with me (only my phone with the e-pay for my credit card and my bank card). The lady of the rental company was not willing to find any solution. She even wanted to cancel the trip when we all were on board. She stated that this was mentioned in the communications during the reservation and in the whatsapp messages. But this was never communicated. At the end, under some pressure from my side, she was willing to allow an immediate bank transfer. After arranging it, we could leave. A little bit a bad start.
